Sublimation printing or transfer printing refers to a printing process in which the dye is evaporated (sublimated) into the carrier. For this purpose, transfer papers and films, as well as ink dyes or special inks, are used which are generally sublimated to synthetic fibres. In this printing process, a high colour brilliance is achieved and, in the case of flagstones, a print through to the back.
Solvent printing based on Eco-Solvent is one of the most modern printing process for the production of stickers and foils in large format digital printing. It is four to 10 colour and very high resolution. This printing process is nearly odourless and is pre-dried in production. For long-term outdoor use (more than three years) and protection against scratches, we recommend a suitable film laminate.
The most modern, most environmentally friendly and by far the most brilliant type of large-format digital printing.
The colour applied during printing is cured, the HP-latex colour particles dissolved in the water burst and adhere to the surface of the material. This creates a unique colour brilliance.
In addition, the print is instantly dry - there is no odorous load due to the evaporation of volatile organic compounds as in the case of solvents.
This kind of printing is used in most of our Vinyl advertising banners, mesh banners, wallpapers as well as a large part of the posters.

In our production, all machines are specially used for each material, which means that no material is lost with changing the rolls. Furthermore, the order is arranged using modern and intelligent processing software in such a way that as little material as possible is lost.
The ÖKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent test and certification system for textile products.
The ÖKO-TEX® 100 pollutant tests include:
- prohibited substances
- legally regulated substances
- chemicals known to be harmless to health (but not yet regulated by law)
- Health care parameters.
In their totality, the requirements go well beyond existing national laws.
We mainly rely on products that are manufactured or refined in the EU. As a result, there is no unnecessary environmental impact due to long distances and low nature conservation requirements in developing and newly industrialising countries. Should individual products nevertheless come from the Far East, the manufacturers attach great importance to compliance with environmental directives.
Much of our production runs with water-based ink systems. Thus no harmful evaporation of the printed products occurs. In addition, they are immediately ready to be used indoors, as there can be no pollutant load on the room air.
